Our University gives all its staff and students an e-mail address of ogu.edu.tr domain.

The corporate e-mail address is created by CC for all personnel assigned to the institution. For any reason, the e-mail address is closed as of the date of the termination of the personnel leaving the institution.

In order to get an e-mail address of the personnel who do not have corporate e-mail address or who do not know the e-mail address, create a call from https://destek.ogu.edu.tr specifying an e-mail request or personnel identification card to the IT Department System Support Unit. in person. Due to the inability to authenticate the requests made by telephone, no transaction is performed.

If the personnel of the institution cannot remember the e-mail password, it is required to create a call from https://destek.ogu.edu.tr address requesting the renewal of the e-mail password or apply to the System Support Unit of the Computer Center with a personal identification card. Requests for e-mail password changes made by telephone are not performed due to the lack of authentication.

The unit requesting an e-mail address for the use of the units in the university or to be used in certain activities will make this request in writing through EBYS. The name of the e-mail address requested in the Official Letter, the name of the personnel to be appointed as e-mail responsible, the Company's Registry, Name and Surname, Internal Phone Number and the identification number of the TC should be included. If e-mail address is requested for limited time events (congresses, etc.), the expiry date must also be specified. In this case, the e-mail address will be closed for use on the specified date.
